Product Description
This bottle of 500 mL Tris Acetate EDTA running buffer is supplied at 1X, ready-to-use concentration for agarose gel electrophoresis and DNA separation, eliminating the need to prepare a dilution from a concentrated TAE stock.
TAE supports electrophoretic separation of double-stranded DNA in agarose gel procedures, including large fragments greater than 12 kb. It is a clear, colorless liquid with documented pH, conductivity, and buffering-capacity specifications, and carries a stated shelf life of 1 year.
