Product Description
This bottle of 500 mL Tris Glycine SDS running buffer is supplied as a 10X concentrate, intended for dilution to working strength before SDS-PAGE procedures.
The buffer supports denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis for protein separation and molecular-weight analysis procedures. It is a clear, colorless liquid with documented pH, conductivity, and buffering-capacity specifications, and carries a stated shelf life of 6 months.
