Quick service and great product
We ordered the stand this goes with from Amazon and this piece was missing. We planned on ordering 5 more stands. They sent us 6 of these at no costs due to one being missing. GREAT customer service. Thanks!

The original order we placed
The original order we placed was shipped by Amazon and it arrived broken (not surprising since it wasn't packaged very well). However, we notified customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement, which arrived intact and very promptly. The new glassware is working out perfectly.
