## Product Description

This bottle of 500 mL Tris Glycine SDS running buffer is supplied at 1X, ready-to-use concentration for SDS-PAGE and denaturing protein electrophoresis, eliminating the need to prepare a working dilution from a concentrated running buffer.

The buffer supports denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis for protein separation and molecular-weight analysis procedures. It is a clear, colorless liquid with documented pH, conductivity, and buffering-capacity specifications, and carries a stated shelf life of 6 months.
