Product Description

This bottle of 500 mL Tris EDTA buffer is supplied at 1X, ready-to-use concentration for DNA resuspension, storage, and nucleic acid sample preparation, eliminating the need for preparation from a concentrated TE stock.

The buffer provides a defined pH environment suited to handling genomic DNA, plasmid DNA, and related nucleic acid samples wherever a Tris EDTA buffering system is specified. It is a clear, colorless liquid with documented pH, conductivity, and buffering-capacity specifications, and carries a stated shelf life of 1 year.
