This 250-foot reel of nichrome resistance wire is 24 gauge SWG (23/24 AWG) with a diameter of 0.022 inches. The wire is a low-nickel (0.5%), high-iron alloy composed of 0.5% Ni, 15% Cr, 4% Al, with the balance being iron.

This laboratory-blend nichrome wire is designed for science experiments involving electrical resistance, heating elements, and circuit construction. Its resistance properties make it suitable for Ohm's law demonstrations and other electrical investigations. For laboratory use only.
