Product Description

Molded from low-density polyethylene, this wide-mouth reagent bottle is built for routine chemical storage and transport in the lab. The translucent walls let a user gauge fill level and contents at a glance, while the LDPE construction resists a broad range of chemicals and keeps the bottle light enough to handle comfortably when full.

The wide mouth speeds filling, pouring, and cleaning, and accepts solids, powders, and viscous liquids that a narrow neck would make awkward. A polypropylene screw cap seals the opening and is leak-tested under pressure, so bottles can be stored and moved without seepage. Because the material is flexible and shatter-resistant, it stands up to handling and drops that would threaten a glass bottle.

The bottles are non-sterile and are not autoclavable, with a usable temperature range from -100°C to 80°C that suits cold storage and general benchtop use but not heat sterilization. They suit reagent storage, sample collection, and liquid handling across laboratory, research, and industrial settings where a durable, reusable container is needed. For applications requiring sterility or repeated autoclaving, a sterilizable container is the better choice.
