Yes. The Lab Stockroom carries prepared microscope slides individually and in curated sets covering bacteria, fungi, protists, plant cells and tissues, invertebrate and vertebrate animal tissues, and human histology. Sets are organized by grade level and curriculum (general biology, microbiology, histology, and AP Biology). We also carry blank glass slides, cover slips, and slide storage boxes for classrooms that prepare their own slides.

### What dissection specimens do you carry?

Our dissection catalog includes the specimens most commonly used in school and college biology programs: preserved frogs, fetal pigs, earthworms, perch, starfish, grasshoppers, crayfish, and squid, along with plant specimens for botany dissection. Specimens are available individually or in classroom packs. We also carry the full set of dissection tools — scalpels, scissors, forceps, probes, pins — and dissection trays and pads. ### Do you sell biological stains and reagents?

Yes. The Lab Stockroom carries the biological stains and reagents most commonly used in school and college biology labs: methylene blue, eosin, gram stain kits (crystal violet, iodine, decolorizer, safranin), Wright's stain, Lugol's iodine, and Sudan III. We also carry agar (powder and prepared plates), buffer solutions, and reagents for the standard biology lab procedures including DNA extraction, gel electrophoresis, and enzyme activity experiments.

### How quickly do biology supplies ship?

In-stock biology supplies ship the same or next business day from our Rochester, NY warehouse. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Preserved specimens and certain reagents may have additional handling or shipping restrictions; the product page lists any restrictions.
